For cutting PCB, we need to fix PCB and to smoothly discharge the cutting dust made at cutting not to be attached. Our company prepare for the following 2 Jigs and respond the requirements of Clients. (1) Kit type universal Jig applicable for various shapes of PCB by changing freely the position of positions of pin by Clients. (2) Exclusive Jig possible to reduce the cutting dust attached to PCB by designing PCB for exclusive use. We are going to propose an optimum Jig in accordance with the conditions of components such as PCB shapes.

PROCUREMENT

We procure all processing and purchase parts such as products developed in our company and Jig designed in accordance with specifications of Client.

Processing Parts (Manufacturing with drawing)

 We purchase processing parts from small medium factories in Tokyo Yokohama district and all over Japan such Akita , Nagano and Kochi We order them to meet requirements of Clients in accordance with details of enterprises from parts processing to assembling such as processing parts only, processing parts,/surface finishing only, and etc.
Processing parts are mainly mechanical processing parts,, plate processing, soldering canned parts and razor processing parts.
There are standard parts ordered on a lot while there are a lot of various and small parts ordered and it is our duty to serve them with short delivery time and low cost.

 As for surface finishing, we first purchase fine parts and parts fitted and request surface finishing to others. As for other parts, we purchase them by making surface finishing after processing.

Purchase Parts (Standard Parts of Manufacturers)

 Purchase parts are purchased through direct one from a manufacturer or a agent and we select it in terms of price and delivery time.
The main purchase parts are conduction parts, air equipment, motor, electric parts, sensor, etc.

Steps of Order


 ◎ Drawings at the time of order for processing parts are mainly sent with FAX or CAD data (DFX data).
    And there may be a case where a inspection list for fine parts is requested as attachment.

 ◎ Delivery of purchase parts can be done by parcel delivery service.

   The destination of delivery may be directly done to SAYAKA's collaborating factory except for SAYAKA.

  Offering of Collaborating Firms

  SAYAKA is offering collaborating companies possible for high quality, low cost, short delivery time of processing parts. In particular, we are looking for companies specializing in fine processing./processing with accuracy as well as companies undertaking a lump sum works including assembling.

  We are also offering manufacturers or agents who can provide high performance parts and will be able to stably supply parts with competitive delivery time and price.

FREQUENT QUESTION (about Cutting of PCB)

Is there any influence on PCB by dusts made at cutting?
There is little attachment of cutting dust with exclusive Jig and original Router.
Can PBC with any materials be cut?
Is there any limitation for thickness of PCB ?
It is suitable for plastic PCB such as Epoxy Glass, CEM1, CEM3, etc.
Thickness is 4 - 2.0 mm and please contact us for other thickness.
Can PCB with complicated shapes be cut or processed ?
Without component parts on cutting line or portion, it can be cut.
Outer cutting (processing) can be done but in case of processing inside PCB, it is needed in advance to undertake hole processing.
Is it possible for large or small PCB ?
As for PCB sizes,
250 × 350 mm for Desktop Type
500 × 600 mm for Stand-alone Type
300 × 400 mm for In-line Type
Smallest size depends on PCB shape and in case of less than 10 × 10 mm, please contact our company. For details.
What is accuracy for cutting ?
It depends on wear of Blade, Accuracy of PCN, Accuracy of PCB Receiving Jig (different by PCB) and standard accuracy is about ± 0.1 in general.
Of course, it is possible to further increase such accuracy.
How about convertibility of PCB Receiving Jig ?
Jig can be commonly used for Desktop Type and Stand-alone Type
* PCB dimension is the same type.
How about distortion at cutting ?
About 50 - 200 micro strain
* It depends on specification of Receiving Jig or PCB.
